How to Make it

  1. In a mixing bowl, put your baking soda inside.
  2. Take your distilled water, and add about 1/3 of it to the bowl.
  3. Mix well, and continue adding water and mixing in between.
  4. You should now have a paste type consistency. If not, add baking soda or water as needed.
  5. Adding a few drops at a time, mix in your Eucalyptus Oil.
  6. Pack your paste into your silicone molds.
  7. Place the mold into the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  8. Remove from fridge and gently pop out your Eucalyptus Shower Melts.
  9. Store in a sealed container.

To use the shower melts, put one on the bottom of your shower before taking a warm to hot shower. The steam of the shower will carry the eucalyptus oil within it, and will clear your sinuses and ease sore muscles.
