Pump Bottle Recipes

pump lotion recipes

We all love to make DIY all natural soaps and lotions. Sometimes a jar of whipped body butter is exactly what we need.

However, sometimes it’s nice to have a recipe in a pump bottle. It’s convenient, works well for a number of recipes, and it looks pretty!

You can slap a cute little label onto pump bottle recipes to make them pretty, and to remember what they’re for. No one wants to accidentally lather some shampoo onto their skin mistaking it for lotion.

To make any of these recipes, start by melting down the cosmetic butters and solid ingredients, such as shea butter, cocoa butter, or coconut oil.

Next, add your liquid oils such as almond oil, jojoba, or essential oils. Finally, add in any other ingredients.

Blend well using a hand mixer or Kitchen Aid, and then pour it into your pump lotion bottle.
