These side effects can include dry mouth, nausea, dizziness, and trouble sleeping. If you are seeking all natural relief, try our DIY Sinus Relief Bath Soak! All natural ingredients come together to clear your sinuses, help with congestion, and help you feel better overall.
Materials and Ingredients:
- A mason jar or another glass jar with a tight screw-on lid.
- 1 & 1/4 cup of Epsom Salts.
- 1/2 cup Baking Soda.
- 5-7 drops Peppermint Essential Oil.
- 10 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil.
- 3 drops Oregano Essential Oil
Instructions:
In your mason jar or glass jar, mix your epsom salts and baking soda well. Add in your essential oils one at a time, mixing in between oils. Screw the lid on your jar tightly, and shake well. Run a warm bath for yourself, and use about 1/4 cup of your DIY sinus relief bath soak. Let it melt in your warm water, and relax! You will notice significant relief from sinus pressure and congestion.
